Hello! I’m Latisha Grady. I believe I am the agile operations person you are looking for.

As a founding member of Ripple Lab's first UX Research & Design Operations team, I focused on establishing and optimizing UX research processes. I contributed to internal process improvement across teams, primarily, improving collaboration between UX research, product design, and engineering teams.

My goal was to enable my research and product design teams to concentrate fully on their projects and objectives, rather than operational tasks.

With over 10 years of business operations support experience across various B2B and B2C industries, I've developed a growing passion for data integrity. Currently, I am engaged in ongoing self-directed learning on the subject of business and data analysis and related tools.

Fun Fact: Recently, I wrote and published an eBook called Goodbye Anxiety | A 30-Day Anxiety Slayer Guide.

Know that you have an amazing drive, a Go For It attitude, down to earth personality, and you are always willing to learn something new. This is just the beginning of your journey in your career within the Design Ops, and I hope you can take these valuable learnings from your experience at Ripple to another role.” -Jane Adams Sr. Manager UX Research, Ripple Labs

“1--I love how seriously you hold the ball when it's in your court.

2--I love that you understand even a fraction of the ultra-complex work we are doing and how quickly you are learning.

3--We'll always have problems so it's a huge relief that we are ready for them and you won't fall apart when we need you most.

4--I'm learning to allow others to represent me to all my top contacts. You're making that easy.

5--I love that you love new things and are taking quick action.“ -Freelance Client | James Tonn, Co-Founder TribeOs & Exponential

“I had the pleasure of working with Latisha on our Back on My Feet social responsibility initiative while at Prommis. I was very impressed that Latisha took the initiative, brought this compelling project to senior management and then, when we said, “ok,” she took the bull by the horns and ran the project for the entire company. Latisha has a bright future and is a great example of how success is really all about getting stuff done.” -Denis Brosnon, CEO Prommis Solutions
